Prohibited items on rebuy

rebuy is a peer-to-peer marketplace for pre-loved fashion. To keep the community safe and trusted, these categories are not allowed. Listings violating this policy are rejected and repeat offences lead to account suspension.

• Innerwear & intimates

  Underwear, lingerie, bras, panties, briefs, boxers, shapewear, socks, stockings, swimwear bottoms — for hygiene reasons no second-hand intimates of any kind.

• Counterfeits & replicas

  Fake branded items, 'first-copy', 'master-copy', or any item misrepresenting its brand.

• New / unused retail stock

  rebuy is only for personally pre-owned fashion. No bulk reselling, factory seconds, or shop inventory.

• Heavily damaged items

  Torn, stained, mouldy, or non-functional items. Minor honest wear is fine — disclose it in the listing.

• Non-fashion goods

  Electronics, furniture, cosmetics, food, supplements, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, medicines — rebuy is fashion only.

• Animal products that are illegal in India

  Real fur, ivory, tortoise shell, snake/crocodile leather without CITES paperwork, etc.

• Items you don't own

  You can only list items you personally own and possess. No drop-shipping.
