Rebuy makes it simple for individuals to sell and buy pre-owned outfits and fashion accessories. Here is what sellers and buyers need to do at every stage.
For sellers
List, sell, and dispatch
Step 1
Upload 4 product photos
Add four clear images that show the item accurately, including its overall appearance and important details.
Step 2
Complete every product detail
Select the category, size, and colour. Add the condition, any flaws, and anything else a buyer should know in the description.
Step 3
Submit the listing for review
Rebuy checks the product information and the seller’s expected price before approving the listing for buyers.
Step 4
Dispatch the sold product
After a sale, send the product to the buyer’s address and keep the courier details and receipt.
Step 5
Upload the dispatch receipt
Uploading the dispatch receipt is mandatory. Until an outstanding dispatch is completed, the seller cannot submit another listing.
For buyers
Buy, receive, and confirm
Step 1
Choose and purchase an item
Review the product photos and details, then purchase the pre-owned item you want at the displayed price.
Step 2
Receive the delivery
The seller dispatches the item to the delivery address provided with the order.
Step 3
Confirm receipt within 10 days
After the item is dispatched, confirm on Rebuy whether you received it. Please complete this confirmation within 10 days.
Step 4
Seller payment is released
The seller’s money is released when delivery is confirmed. If no confirmation is provided, it is released automatically 10 days after dispatch.
