What we collect
Name, email, date of birth, gender, shipping address, UPI/bank details (for sellers), order history, courier-slip uploads, and basic device/log info.
Why we collect it
To run your account, process orders, pay sellers, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and comply with Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023).
Who we share it with
Only with: (a) the counterparty of your transaction (your name and shipping address go to the seller; nothing else), (b) our payment gateway, (c) our hosting and email providers, and (d) authorities when legally required. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists, plus up to 5 years for tax/audit. You can request deletion at any time — some records (orders, payouts) may be retained for legal compliance.
Your rights
Access, correct, or delete your data; withdraw consent; lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. Email privacy@rebuy.com.
Security
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We use HTTPS everywhere. We will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Children
rebuy is available to users 12+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 12.
